We can give homeowners almost immediate relief of the burden of making mortgage payments that are too high and can often stop foreclosure procedures. For homeowners who are now behind in their payments, or for those who have sometimes been late in making their payments, we have programs that will improve your damaged credit. We take care of all of the paperwork so that you can reduce or even eliminate your closing costs. And, because we are not REALTORS®, we will never charge you a real estate commission or fees.
We want our clients to know, up front, that we intend to make a profit by buying and selling your house. We don’t try to “steal” your house, but we do need to keep the lights on. We offer fair prices, and sometimes have offered more than the asking price when sellers are flexible on the terms of the sale.
We can sell homes to buyers who cannot qualify for a bank loan, or to those who just don’t want to deal with the invasive and time-consuming bank-qualification processes and limitations. With our Rent-to-Own program, we can allow a buyer to move into a house and take time to save for a down payment or improve their credit so they can qualify for a loan. We even have programs where we contribute to a buyer’s savings in order to help them save for a down payment.
